What I loved:

Our Smiling Buddha is so SMILEY — it’s the biggest, warmest most lovely smile!  It’s truly a pleasure to be in his presence. He is also a licensed tour guide so he has a lot of detailed information to impart.  He instantly told me about the Udeng and what it stands for — that’s the sort of headdress that the men wear when they are in traditional clothing.  I’ve been to Bali countless times yet had never been told that information before. He showed me some really beautiful parts of the Ubud area and convinced me to revisit Goa Gajah since I hadn’t been there in over 20 years.  He was right! It has changed and is quite special and lovely.
